Job summary

Kintec Search is seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator for remote US-based work to prepare detailed data center estimates, review drawings, and develop competitive bid packages. You will collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior staff in a fully remote setup.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical/industrial estimating, including data center projects, and strong Excel/estimating software proficiency. A home office with reliable internet is essential for this full-time remote position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical/industrial estimating experience.
• At least 18 months of data center construction estimating experience.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical estimating on large construction projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-office setup for full-time remote work.
