Job summary

The candidate will manage staffing, schedules, and performance, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across modular enclosures and switchgear projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical design experience.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience or proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical engineering department leadership and direction.
• Coordinate design inputs, descriptions and specifications across projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met on programs.
