The position emphasizes MBSE methods, requirements management, verification planning, and interface control, with the expectation of strong communication with senior management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• US Citizen with active US Government Secret clearance at time of application.
• 5+ years experience supporting system engineering, integration and test.
• Experience as CAM including budgeting, labor tracking, variance analysis, and EOC planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and technical oversight for the group and ensure execution of the statement of work.
• Lead a diverse team across missile, air and space domains with effective mentoring and career development.
• Coordinate with senior management and external customers to achieve mission success.
• Develop and review technical plans, requirements, and interfaces; support proposals and roadmap initiatives.
