Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
7 years related mechanical engineering experience.
4 years in functional leadership roles.
Experience with global teams and external development partners.
Experience developing and launching a new product.
Experience in DFSS methodology.

Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership and engineering excellence for the NA mechanical engineering team.
Establish and improve engineering tools, processes, and best practices.
Drive technical rigor through architecture/design reviews and risk assessments.
Ensure quality management system compliance and documentation standards.
Develop talent, enable organizational capability, and plan resource needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.
