Job summary

BD is seeking a Lead Tech Mechanical Engineer to design, troubleshoot, and optimize high-speed automated manufacturing equipment for medical devices. You will apply mechanical, electrical, and programming expertise to resolve machine issues, improve performance, and ensure safety and quality adherence.

Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance, CAPA support, and collaboration with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with high-speed automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with robotics and PLC-based control systems is required.
