The role requires a PE registration, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and a proven record managing large-scale projects in Life Sciences or Higher Education sectors. Strong leadership and client management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and PE registration with 15+ years of progressive experience in building systems.
• Proven track record leading large, complex projects in Life Sciences or Higher Education.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering HVAC and central utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead mechanical engineer and technical authority for complex building design and renovation projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver HVAC and central utility systems with strategic direction.
• Provide quality assurance and oversight across design and execution stages.
• Foster client relationships and mentor junior staff as default project leader.
