You will drive technical excellence and deliver high‑quality solutions to customers. The position emphasizes program execution, schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration with program management, systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, and/or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in a technical, R&D or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical projects with budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Expertise in mechanical design, development, analysis, and integration.
• CAD expertise in SolidWorks; proficient with 2D drawings and 3D modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mechanical Engineering team in design, development, integration, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
• Act as functional manager coordinating resources with Program Management in a matrix organization.
• Mentor engineers and provide coaching on design practices and processes.
• Review timecards, approve time off, and allocate backup resources as needed.
• Prepare data reports and design review data packages for customer approvals.
