Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of mechanical design, product development, and leadership experience.
• Advanced expertise in 3D CAD modeling with Creo, PLM systems Windchill/PDMLink and eBOM workflows.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering programs with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead major engineering programs with technical direction and cross-functional coordination.
• Contribute to Otis Creo and Windchill ecosystem via IT and vendors for a digital engineering roadmap.
• Develop and enforce 3D modeling standards across global engineering teams.
• Perform advanced 3D modeling in Creo and apply FEA/structural analysis to optimize performance.
• Drive product development from requirements to prototyping, testing, and release.
• Apply rapid prototyping to accelerate learning cycles and concept validation.
• Innovate to achieve program goals and solve difficult engineering challenges.
• Interpret test results and guide modifications to meet design intent.
• Support quality and field teams with issue diagnosis and corrective actions.
