Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to lead complex CAD design and documentation using Creo and Windchill. You will act as the CAD authority, drive standardization, and mentor engineers while supporting both new product development and sustaining engineering.

The role requires 7+ years of design experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in mechanical design or related field.
• 7+ years of mechanical design and drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Creo and Windchill.
• Proven experience with Pro/PROGRAM and TK Note.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and configuration control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of complex CAD components and system-level assemblies.
• Develop, modify, and maintain complex CAD models, assemblies, drawings and documentation.
• Create configurable models using Creo Pro/PROGRAM and TK Note automation.
• Assess impact of new or modified designs and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support development and sustaining projects.
