Qualifications

• Lead and mentor a Bay Area engineering team on building projects.
• Develop calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications for mechanical design work.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical disciplines and equipment suppliers.
• Ensure quality and completeness of engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Discipline Lead for the Bay Area team and provide mentorship to engineers.
• Be responsible for Mechanical systems design (EOR of contract documents).
• Participate in developing project fee proposals detailing scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate design and schedule with other disciplines.
• Maintain project documentation and design data for permanent files.
• Evaluate staffing requirements and write reports.
• Lead client meetings and maintain client relations.
• Identify prospective clients and assist in marketing efforts to develop new projects.
