Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical system design from concept through construction administration, serving as a trusted technical resource for clients and internal teams.
• Act as the mechanical discipline lead on projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring technical quality and code compliance.
• Evaluate, select, and adapt mechanical systems, equipment, and materials with sound engineering judgment.
• Stay current with ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, IECC and other codes and standards to ensure compliant, energy‑efficient designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of the mechanical team.
