Job summary

Exyte in the United States seeks an experienced SME in Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities to lead design and project delivery with a focus on safety, value, and client satisfaction. You will leverage deep technical knowledge to support growth and position Exyte as a market leader in life sciences facilities.

You will mentor teams, drive pre-sales activities, and coordinate multi-discipline design efforts to deliver world-class projects that meet regulatory, technical, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree and/or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Adopts and promotes Exyte safety commitment to an incident-free workplace.
• Ensures safety policies and the Site Specific Plan are enforced on all projects.
• Uses business knowledge to support growth of Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities.
• Establishes oneself as an industry recognized technical specialist in Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities.
• Applies high energy, passion and team approach to achieve target margins.
• Mentors staff and shares best practices on design issues.
• Participates in project programming activities and planning.
• Trains teams to meet customer and regulatory expectations throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinates project teams for proposals, strategy and budget.
• Provides pre-sales support and develops preliminary designs for bids.
