Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks a Principal Engineer Process (BLS) to lead a system design team on projects spanning high-purity gases, biologics processing, and specialty chemicals. You will guide design from concept through construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

With a PE license and 10+ years of experience, you will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with regional experts to deliver high-quality solutions across diverse programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
• 10+ years of experience in process engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead or collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to develop and document process system designs.
• Develop designs through all project phases from conceptual design to construction documentation.
• Maintain technical quality of deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure timely and integrated project delivery.
