You will train staff, support pre‑sales activities, and collaborate with client account managers to position projects effectively across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
• Master’s degree and/or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Biopharma Life Sciences facilities or related field

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and enforce site policies across projects
• Support growth of Biopharma Life Sciences Facilities business with technical expertise
• Mentor project teams and share best practices on design and process solutions
• Provide pre‑sales support and develop preliminary designs for bids
• Coordinate with clients, account managers and design teams across regions
