Qualifications

• 8–15+ years' experience in a design engineering role.
• Experience with wearables or medical device robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of wearable robotic systems.
• Drive optimization for durability, performance, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and facilitate rigorous design reviews.
• Mentor and coach engineers.
• Prioritize comfort, weight, adjustability, and long-term wearability.
• Clarify project priorities, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
• Support design controls, V&V, and production improvement processes.
• Partner with Manufacturing for design transfer and scale-up.
