Anduril Industries is seeking a senior Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer for its Undersea Reconnaissance & Strike team. You will drive from prototype through rate production, tackling complex electromechanical systems and contributing to a versatile maritime vehicle platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer.
• Experience taking a design from concept through iterations into a manufactured product.
• Ability to work holistically on complex electromechanical systems end-to-end.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the full product lifecycle from prototype through rate production.
• Develop low-cost, producible designs (DFM) for scale.
• Navigate trade spaces with constraints, timelines, and quality.
• Contribute as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Assess mechanical solutions for end-user value and manufacturability.
• Interact with end-users to incorporate feedback and support test activities.
