Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer in Austin, TX to work on fast-paced, custom engineering opportunities that enable client product sales. You will collaborate with customers, sales, R&D, and alliance partners to define, document, design and deploy tailored turnkey solutions for large-scale projects.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, 8+ years of design experience, Creo proficiency, GD&T knowledge, and a track record of delivering SOWs

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 8+ years of relevant mechanical design experience.
• Proficiency in Creo and GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Generate requirements documents and statements of work (SOW).
• Design, prototype, test, and deploy turnkey automated test and measurement solutions.
• Define and implement project plans; manage milestones and reviews.
• Design/model/prototype mechanical system components for test and measurement solutions.
• Travel as needed (up to 25%) domestically and abroad.
