Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Automation or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or test environment.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and automation systems.
Explain test results and schedules to team members and supervisors.
Provide input on improvements based on data and observations.
Adhere to production, test, and quality procedures; document results.
Use both manual and automated tests to verify system functionality.
Document actions and communicate issues; assist in production scheduling.
