Job summary

Boston Materials is seeking a highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to act as the primary technical partner for customers evaluating our high-performance TIM products. You will lead early- to mid-stage interactions, capture and translate requirements into technical work, and ensure customers have data, samples, and support to implement TIM in advanced semiconductor packaging applications.

This role offers exposure to hyperscalers, ODMs, and OSATs, with the opportunity to influence adoption

Qualifications

• Senior Mechanical Engineer with focus on thermal interface materials and semiconductor packaging.
• Experience in customer engagement and translating requirements into technical work.
• Experience with TIM products adoption in AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead early- to mid-stage customer interactions and capture requirements.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical work and validation plans.
