You will lead early- to mid-stage customer interactions, translate requirements into actionable technical work, and ensure customers have data, samples, and support to qualify TIM in advanced semiconductor packaging.

This role offers exposure to hyperscalers, ODMs, and OSATs, with a focus on accelerating adoption

Qualifications
