• Build a culture of curiosity, initiative, and shared knowledge.
• Execute in-depth QA/QC reviews with an emphasis on constructability, code compliance, and client standards.
• Identify technical risks and proactively recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure review feedback is effectively implemented.
• Drive design strategy by researching and proposing new methods and industry best practices.
• Translate innovative ideas into formal standards that guide the firm’s design approach.
• Lead integration and ensure consistency of these directives across projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to diagnose and resolve critical project challenges.
• Provide real-time technical expertise to guide problem-solving under pressure.
• Document learnings and solutions to build a stronger team knowledge base.
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure solutions prevent recurrence.
