Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least three years of engineering experience in a highly technical environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with systems integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Project, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SolidWorks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product packaging concepts that are functional and ergonomic.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical designs using SolidWorks, including drawings.
• Analyze mechanical designs for thermal and structural performance using SolidWorks.
• Evaluate materials and manufacturing processes to meet cost and design requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee quality inspections for components.
• Prepare technical presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Support systems integration and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Develop cost-effective, value-driven designs that meet requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation per standards and project needs.
