In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of production tooling and ensure the integration of cutting-edge technology in defense hardware. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 8 years of relevant experience are required.

The salary range for this position is between $126,000 and $167,000 USD, along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on manufacturing or production engineering.
• Proven track record of ownership over mechanical design projects.
• Direct experience designing and implementing production-grade manufacturing tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of manufacturing tooling from concept to implementation.
• Serve as the design authority for various tooling.
• Drive the design process using CAD software and engineering analysis.
