Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to lead complex test programs, develop fixtures, and optimize data acquisition and analysis. You will apply advanced modeling and CFD/FEA techniques, ensuring rigorous verification and validation of requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires significant experience in test and propulsion-related areas, travel about 10%, and eligibility for U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 10–15 years of mechanical engineering experience and ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, high-risk test programs and oversee test assembly and integration.
• Design complex test setups and fixtures; optimize testing processes and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Interpret measurement uncertainties; apply statistical methods and data analysis to improve results.
• Develop program plans, coordinate acquisition life cycles, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Communicate complex results clearly through technical reports and presentations.
