Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• ≥8 years of experience in mechanical product development.
• Expertise in 3D CAD (CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC).
• Proven ability to manage product development projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products, from ideation to production readiness.
• Utilize CAD software and simulation tools to create, analyze, and optimize product designs.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure product performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to select and source appropriate components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions.
