You will perform advanced stress analyses, fatigue and creep assessments, and fitness-for-service studies in collaboration with project teams. The role requires 10+ years of experience with fired heaters, reformers, boilers, and pressure vessels, plus strong knowledge of API/ASME standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience designing, engineering, or assessing fired heaters, reformers, WHRUs, HRSGs, boilers, steam drums, and pressure vessels.
• Strong knowledge of API and ASME standards and high-temperature stress analysis; experience with additional codes, metallurgy, simulation tools, and plant modifications is desirable.
• Ability to review engineering deliverables for code compliance and participate in equipment integrity programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and analysis of pressure-retaining equipment.
• Perform pressure and stress calculations, fatigue and creep assessments.
• Review engineering deliverables for code compliance, support procurement through commissioning.
• Investigate failures, contribute to equipment integrity programs, and mentor junior engineers.
