Thermal, acoustic, and vibration simulations, plus 3D board layouts and hands-on prototyping, will transform concepts into robust products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in power electronics mechanical design, preferably using SolidWorks.
• Experience with thermal design and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for power supplies, including enclosures, heatsinks, and cable assemblies.
• Perform thermal, acoustic, and vibration simulations and 3D board layouts; prototype testing.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and program management teams on product development.
• Lead design reviews and drive cross-functional alignment to meet cost and schedule goals.
• Analyze test data to ensure performance and reliability of designs.
• Provide technical mentoring and resolve issues across design, field performance, and manufacturing.
• Interface with internal departments to meet project requirements.
