Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to advance data center power delivery systems.

You will collaborate with power electronics, thermal, mechanical, and reliability teams to craft high-density server and rack-level solutions, focusing on enclosure design, busbar integration, and manufacturability. You will lead mechanical and thermal development, perform simulations, validate designs, and support prototype builds to ensure product readiness for AI

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in mechanical/thermal design for electronic power systems or HPC infrastructure.
• Experience CAD and design validation for high-power electronics packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate mechanical subsystems for high voltage power conversion platforms and PDB.
• Develop thermal solutions using air cooling, liquid cooling, cold plates, heat sinks and vapor chambers.
• Perform thermal simulations and airflow analysis to optimize cooling and reliability.
• Collaborate with electrical teams to optimize mechanical packaging and manufacturability.
• Validate designs through DVT, test plans, vibration/shock, and environmental testing.
