Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• 4–7 years of mechanical design experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and validation of new products for Legrand.
• Design innovative power distribution and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on commercialization and launch.
• Perform advanced mechanical design and support customer customizations.
• Direct testing to verify performance and standards compliance.
• Ensure manufacturability with Production, Quality, Purchasing.
• Mentor other engineers and review work of drafters/engineers.
• Coordinate with UL, Intertek and international labs for testing.
• Lead team-based initiatives within Legrand.
