Job summary

Larson Design Group (LDG) is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead design activities, coordinate project submissions, and ensure QA/QC across complex projects. The role requires a PE license and 12+ years of experience in engineering with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

The Senior Engineer will manage budgets and schedules, develop technical proposals, and guide interns and engineering staff while applying codes and standards for site, civil, and infrastructure design.

Qualifications

• Education: ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Experience: Minimum of twelve (12) years in engineering roles.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs independent planning and design tasks and delivers projects to completion.
• Reviews work of others and ensures QA/QC of submissions.
• Develops schedules, proposals, and labor hour estimates.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams and maintains cross-functional collaboration.
• Applies codes and standards to design of projects.
