Job summary

Larson Design Group (LDG), an award-winning, employee-owned Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting Firm, is seeking a Senior Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to lead design activities and oversee QA/QC for complex projects.

This role coordinates project submissions, budgets, and schedules, mentoring engineers and interns while collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality client solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires PE licensure with ABET-accredited engineering degree.
• Minimum twelve (12) years of engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent planning and design tasks; review work and deliver complete construction documents.
• Demonstrate experience with technically complex projects and meet project budgets and schedules.
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration and ensure QA/QC of submissions.
• Develop schedules, technical proposals, and labor hour estimates.
• Provide guidance and training to engineers and interns for technical growth.
