Job summary

Larson Design Group seeks a Senior Engineer to lead complex design projects, coordinating all design activities and ensuring QA/QC to meet client requirements. A PE license and 12+ years of experience are required to ensure technical excellence and on-time delivery.

You will manage budgets, lead cross-disciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and uphold a commitment to client-focused solutions, with strong communication and problem solving as core CPCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited school.
• 12+ years of job-related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design projects, review work of others, and deliver construction documents.
• Coordinate schedules and QA/QC to meet client requirements.
• Develop budgets and labor hour estimates.
• Provide guidance and training to engineering associates and interns, helping them develop technical skills and professional growth.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
