Larson Design Group (LDG) seeks a Senior Engineer to lead design activities on complex projects. The role requires a PE license and extensive experience, coordinating schedules, budgets, and QA/QC to ensure client goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and designs independently; reviews work and delivers projects to completion.
• Demonstrates experience with technically complex projects.
• Maintains cross-functional collaboration within project teams.
• Applies codes and standards to design of projects.
• Performs final QA/QC review of project submissions.
• Develops budgets, schedules, and labor hour estimates.
• Provides guidance and training to engineers and interns.
