Job summary

Larson Design Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer with a PE license and 12+ years of experience to lead design efforts on technically complex projects. You will coordinate overall design activities, manage budgets and schedules, and perform QA/QC to ensure the final product meets client goals.

You will mentor engineering staff, collaborate across disciplines, and develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and design standards while advancing quality and innovation in every project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited school.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years’ job-related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans, reviews, and delivers construction documents for complex projects.
• Leads cross-functional design teams and ensures QA/QC.
• Develops schedules, proposals, and labor hour estimates.
• Collaborates with project teams to define scope and budgets.
• Mentors engineers and interns; supports professional growth.
