Qualifikationen

• First principles approach to problem solving.
• PCB Integration experience (mechanical, thermal).
• Deep understanding of Printed Circuit Board and IC mechanical failure modes.
• Proficient in 3D/2D CAD (Catia V5/V6 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, BOM structuring, engineering changes, and deviation processes.

Aufgaben

• Integrate Printed Circuit Boards into an actuation system, including specification of thermal paste and conformal coating.
• Integrate press-fit components into a Printed Circuit Board Assembly.
• Analyze PCBs, ICs, and press-fit components for mechanical failure modes (deflection, temperature, contamination, humidity).
• Perform 3D modeling and generate drawings of components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate validation efforts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• Develop and execute design verification plans and reports (DVP&R).
• Lead and maintain design failure mode and effects analyses (DFMEAs).
• Prototype and iterate designs to validate functionality.
