Qualifications

• BSME degree required with 3–7 years of mechanical design experience.
• Experience with assemblies, weldments, structural design, hand calculations, tolerance analysis, or FEA fundamentals.
• Fluency in at least one 3D CAD system (SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo).
• Experience with hydraulic systems, powertrain packaging, or electrical system routing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical system design from concept through prototype, test, and launch.
• Systems integration of hydraulics, pneumatics, structures, powertrain, and electrical subsystems.
• Component specification for brackets, gears, hydraulic circuits, and full assemblies.
• Support client problem-solving with practical, manufacturable solutions.
• CAD modeling and production drawings using modern CAD tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and project engineers.
