Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in heavy mobile equipment design or related industries.
• Experience taking designs from concept through prototype, testing, and production release.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimization, and validation of advanced mobile mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during prototyping, reviews, and testing.
• Capture design intent with clear documentation for engineering changes.
• Support field-visit and on-site testing at Little Canada, MN site.
