Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• P.E. licensure is required.
• 10+ years in the AEC industry preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of complex mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Validate key calculations and integrate results into designs.
• Coordinate with architecture, structure, and civil teams to resolve conflicts.
• Serve as primary mechanical technical contact across project teams.
• Review submittals and RFIs; prepare detailed responses with the team.
