Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (General, Mechanical, or Electrical) required.
• 6–8 years of progressive engineering experience in design, development or PM.
• Proficiency with CAD software and simulations; strong technical background.
• Experience with metal finishing processes and equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety, regulatory and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Guide and drive innovations and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Plan, direct and coordinate metal finishing engineering processes.
• Evaluate equipment and processes for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop monitoring and testing processes to improve capability and control.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment and parts; assess product quality.
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing needs.
• Support waste treatment equipment and related processes; ensure documentation.
