Job summary

Plan B Climatech in Boston, MA seeks Mechanical Engineers at junior, intermediate, and senior levels to design HVAC and hydronic systems on complex buildings. Roles emphasize ownership, coordination with trades in Revit, and submittal management.

Junior to senior tracks offer mentoring toward PE licensure, with a pathway from Engineer to Associate. Hybrid work is available: three days in the office, two from home.

Qualifications

• HVAC design experience in an MEP consulting environment.
• Proficiency with Revit; Trace, HAP or IES are a plus.
• EIT, PE or working toward it (PE required at senior level).

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and hydronic systems with ownership on complex buildings.
• Lead mechanical design on projects and coordinate with trades in Revit.
• Stamp drawings, develop the team, and support BD where needed.
