You will contribute to all phases of design, from requirements definition to verification and transfer to the client, interfacing with electrical, software, systems, and human factors engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ or 8+ years in product development, design or consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical products, subsystems and components.
• Shape product design via upfront brainstorming, functional needs and verification methods.
• Apply state-of-the-art technology to solve design problems across development lifecycle.
• Lab work with technicians for feasibility and refinement.
• Collaborate with program managers to meet budget and schedule.
• Produce design and verification documentation following QS/ISO processes.
• Communicate progress to project leadership and customers.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and contribute to business development tasks.
