Idaho National Laboratory seeks a Mechanical Engineer to shape the future of energy and national innovation by designing and testing cutting-edge systems, integrating MBSE and AI-assisted review platforms. You will analyze plans, decompose requirements, and support cross-disciplinary projects across reactor/facility programs.

The position is located at the Materials and Fuels Complex with a 4x10 schedule, Fridays off.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (ABET-accredited) and 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance (US citizenship required).
• Experience with design, analysis, testing, and verification across multi-disciplinary projects.
