You will coordinate experts across disciplines to meet defined goals and establish technical objectives and evaluation criteria for AI-related systems.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience as Chief Engineer or Senior Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects with multiple disciplines.
• Expertise in mechanical design, analysis, manufacturing/assembly, and verification via testing and root-cause analysis.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Experience with CAD/FEA or other engineering simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic engineering projects involving mechanical design, engineering analysis, manufacturing, and testing.
• Translate project objectives into design requirements, operating constraints, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Break complex engineering problems into connected tasks with defined inputs, deliverables, dependencies, and expert responsibilities.
• Coordinate contributions from domain experts to achieve project goals.
• Define clear technical objectives and evaluation criteria for AI systems.
