Qualifications

• Substantial leadership in Chief Engineer or Senior Mechanical Engineer roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong mechanical design and analysis expertise.
• DFMA experience.
• Experience verifying through testing and root-cause analysis.
• Translate objectives into measurable requirements.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical projects and specify design requirements, constraints, and performance specs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing.
• Break complex problems into tasks with clear inputs, deliverables, and responsibilities.
• Review calculations, documents, models, and results for accuracy.
• Establish verification and validation plans to confirm performance and operations.
• Analyze test results and investigate failures to identify root causes.
