IMEG is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Madison, WI to lead design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer for moderate to complex projects. The role involves mentoring staff, managing budgets, and collaborating across teams on mechanical systems for industrial and healthcare-related projects.

The candidate should have 7+ years in building design consulting, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a PE license.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 7 years minimum experience in building design consulting; 8 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring codes and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and generate detailed analyses and reports.
• Manage project budgets and mentor staff across teams.
• Provide in-process design reviews and client communications to gather requirements.
