Job summary

RENA Technologies North America seeks a Staff Mechanical Engineer to lead complex mechanical system designs from concept to production. You will create advanced 3D models, simulations, and root-cause analyses while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices.

You will collaborate with manufacturing on shop-floor integration, ensure high-quality documentation, and manage multiple projects with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; 15+ years mechanical systems design experience preferred.
• Master's degree and/or advanced DFx training is a plus.
• Expert-level SolidWorks modeling and multi-physics analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale mechanical design projects from concept through production.
• Create comprehensive engineering documentation and BOMs.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish design standards.
