Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience developing complex mechanical systems from concept to release.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD, drawings, GD&T, and manufacturability.
• Hands-on prototype building, testing, and integration experience.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline technical work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own major mechanical systems from problem definition through design, prototyping, testing, release, and integration.
• Translate requirements into practical architectures and interfaces with verifiable criteria.
• Develop production-ready designs using 3D CAD, drawings, GD&T, and BOMs.
• Evaluate design options for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with electrical, controls, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Mentor other engineers and participate in design reviews.
