Job summary
Envirogen Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the execution of multi-million-pound water and wastewater projects, ranging from concept to field deployment. You will partner with the Project Management team to deliver high-performance systems and robust, commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will lead design, mentor engineers, govern technical reviews, and work with vendors to drive cost, schedule, and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil engineering.
- Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid process industries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving for customer-facing engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design lifecycle of multi-million-pound treatment systems as technical anchor.
- Mentor and develop core engineering team for technical excellence and growth.
- Govern and review critical project docs including P&IDs, electrical schematics, and BOMs.
- Support sales with precise cost, labour, and subcontractor estimates for proposals.
- Collaborate with vendors and drive data-driven procurement decisions to maintain project velocity.
- Lead customer- and vendor-facing technical reviews in cross-functional settings.
