Qualifications

• Experience designing machinery, equipment, or engineered systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and improve industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
• Manage multiple engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop solutions integrating Sweed equipment with customer facilities.
• Design and test concepts to automate customer processes.
• Review specifications and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to understand project needs.
• Coordinate with Controls, Manufacturing, and other disciplines for integration.
• Research suppliers and select appropriate components.
• Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and startup support.
• Travel to customer and manufacturing locations in the U.S. and Canada up to 15%.
