WSP w Polsce is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their MEP department in Warsaw. This role involves leading project design work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that technical solutions meet industry standards and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC and plumbing installations, possess an unrestricted license for sanitary system design, and exhibit strong communication skills. Beneficial knowledge includes Polish building law and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Experience designing HVAC and/or plumbing installations in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of Polish building law, standards, and regulations in the field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design work in the mechanical engineering discipline.
• Deliver technical designs on time according to industry guidelines.
• Coordinate project design with other technical teams.
• Communicate with clients to meet design requirements.
• Supervise assistant engineers.
